Incredibly peased with this company- every step of the process!!!!
The owner was the one to answer my call. He patiently answered All of my questions & explained the full process in detail. He got me scheduled rather quickly and followed-up with a confirmation text, a detailed text about the process and a calendar invite for the appointment.
The day of the apt. I received a text when the tech was on his way & he arrived right on time.
The tech, Jacky, was so polite and incredibly informative, honestly he is just a lovely human being!!! I felt perfectly secure with him in my home & trusted his expertise in doing the job Right. He worked hard and was So very thorough, being sure to Perfectly clean Every little area of my Entire HVAC system! He did an excellent job & cleaned up after himself so there was no evidence he had even been there!
And, best of all...
My home has that Amazing *No Scent* smell of just pure, Fresh, Clean air!!!!

I waited a few days to write this review and I am Overjoyed to report that not only does my home still smell Perfectly Fresh, I have not needed to use my inhaler (I have asthma) Once! Since moving into this home my allergies became so bad I needed to up my allergy medication and was reaching for my inhaler several times a week! After having PNW ProClean clean the vents & the full system, its like I have been Cured!!! I can't believe the difference this has made.

If you have poor air quality. A musty smell when the heat runs. If your filters are quite dirty and need frequent changing. Or you are needing to dust a couple times a week- give PNW ProClean a call. Their work is worth Every Penny!!!! (By the way, they cost less than several other companies I called.) They are Very Reasonable. And they have a very efficient & secure site with appointment details and that you can use for payment.
They deserve 10 stars!!!
