“This is a quality small business dedicated to customer satisfaction. The initial phone call was very informative and let me know exactly what to expect. The pricing is based on the square footage of your home, which seemed very fair. They did not try to ‘upsell’ after arriving. They cleaned every duct, showed me how some of the special tools work, and answered all my questions. They removed a lot of saw dust and construction debris that had been down in the ducts since the house was constructed. They wore foot coverings, used drop cloths and corner protectors, and were very clean and careful while in my house. They even replaced an awkward twisted dryer duct with a nice short straight run, all included in the originally quoted price. I would definitely use PNW ProClean again.”

We have a few properties and have had several other vent cleaners come out through the years with mixed results. Ed? Ed’s a pro, folks. I have floor vents. They went through two fire seasons, a cat, a dog, and KIDS. Yikes. Ed used a spinning squid head (that’s not what it’s called, but it’s what it looks like) to physically move all my floor vent trash to the furnace and then pulled out all this gross stuff. Wow! The smell is already better. He even replaced my gross old dryer vent. Friendly, very reasonable in price, super responsive, EXACTLY ON TIME, and my dog loved him. Come on!

I was just afraid of dryer vent fires so had made the appt. He did not charge me anything but explained how a HVAC worked and the different parts of the system. This was hugely helpful to me.
